The top plot contains only GPS Block III satellites, whereas the bottom plot contains all other satellites. Note the different scales on the y-axis for both plots. In the plots, the box bounds the 25th and 75th percentiles, the black line in the box represents the median, and the whiskers correspond to the 5th and 95th percentiles.
